It’s that time again!

Well, the July 4th motivation is certainly helping.  I’m doing even more work on the film on a daily bases than ever before.  Sadly, my blogging is suffering from it since my days are eating me alive.  I’m strongly considering getting a co-pilot to help me try to get more involved with this blog without killing myself due to lack of sleep!  Fridays seem to be a saving grace and the one day I can post entries (such as today).  Now on to a few fun things:

This past week, I’ve began the process of recording the voices of the CGI characters within the film, mainly the Robot Masters.  With that getting done, we can move on to completing the rest of the Robot Master effect sequences.  I’m rather please with the results I’m getting!  With only “Megaman: Powered Up” and the 90’s Megaman animated series as my only voice reference for the 6 Robot Masters, I had to go in a new direction.  Hopefully the voices are seen as faithful and fresh!

Also, there’s a possibility that the secretive 15 minute Megaman preview will be slightly updated and publicly screened in April!  Although this ain’t finalized, Iwill keep you all up to date on the situation.  To make a long story short, my film school has an end of the year screening of various student film projects and I’m going to work the preview.  The screening will be a revoted Clearview Theater now owned by my school and will be open to the public.  The theater has 250 seats and any available seats will be open to anyone.  The only down side is if this comes to fruitation, you will need to sit through a few other films before it is screened….will keep everyone posted!

Take it easy, everyone!

PS: And lastly (more to come!):
